What type of patients do you accept?
Answer: We accept children and adult patients.
Do you accept my insurance?
Answer: We are accepting all major insurance plans. Please call our office for verification and coverage details.
How do I make an appointment?
Answer: You have few options: 1-click on “Make an Appointment” tab, pick your provider and choose an open time slot. Complete the short form and click ”SUBMIT”. Our office will contact you within 1 business day to confirm and to register you. You can also call our office at any time to request an appointment.
How quickly will I be seen in your office?
Answer: We are currently booking patients the same week that appointment requests are made.
How can I access my patient portal?
Answer: If you are a current patient, Go to Patient Resources on our Home Page and choose Patient Portal from the drop down menu. If you are a new patient, you will receive an invitation email to sign up once an appointment is scheduled with our office.
How can I request a refill for my medications?
Answer: You can call our office directly or login to the Patient Portal and send a message directly to your provider for medication refills.
How do I request a copy of my medical records?
Answer: You can access your records thru the Patient Portal at any time. Requests can also be made by calling our office directly (248) 609-1234.
How can I make a payment?
